First and foremost, James is a legit, Force Recon US Marine. In other words, you already know that he is "swift, silent and deadly" when dealing with your legal matters, as he was as a hard charging devil dog. James has represented me in several legal matters, and as a general rule I try and only hire former Marines. As a Marine myself, I know we have all gotten "one good deal after another" and we tend to be the only ones looking out for eachother. This guy is freakin good to go, locked on and squared away. My mom needed to amend her trust. We found Mr. Burns after looking locally for someone with good reviews. We scheduled an initial consolation and met with him to discuss restating the trust. Mr. Burns offers a complete estate planning portfolio including trust, will, POA, AHCD, HIPPA, etc. It was great to be able to get all of these important documents together from one place and for one reasonable price. He made the process very easy. It took only two weeks to complete the entire process and you get a very nice portfolio binder with the originals and electronic copies that can be saved to an online vault. Exceptional and efficient service from a very knowledgeable lawyer!
